How do I receive my prescriptions?
We will email you a prescription you can take to your pharmacy.
You Need to Know
Telemedicine is relatively new and involves seeing patients on the smart phone or computer instead of in an office setting; diagnosing and treating minor ailments. It’s not appropriate to treat chest or abdominal pain on a telemedicine consultation. It should not replace one’s primary doctor, but rather offer an easier and less costly option for minor ailments. It’s a good place to go for colds, sinus congestion, pink eye, sore throats, bladder infections in females, and counseling. It’s not a place to treat pneumonia or to obtain controlled medications like narcotics. If you are a male patient with urinary symptoms, we will refer you to an in person provider and not offer any treatment on this platform. If you are a male or female patient with STD symptoms, we will refer you to an in person provider and not offer any treatment on this platform.
